The Long Tube Overflow Dyeing Machine is a high-efficiency, energy-saving batch dyeing equipment widely used for dyeing various knitted and woven fabrics. Featuring a long tube design, the machine utilizes liquid flow to drive fabric circulation, ensuring full contact between dye liquor and fabric for uniform dyeing and vibrant color. Suitable for dyeing polyester, nylon, cotton, acrylic, and blended fabrics, it is particularly ideal for large-batch and multi-variety dyeing production.

1. The unique long tube structure ensures smooth fabric running and low accumulation density. With an optimized liquor ratio (typically 1:5-1:8), it significantly saves dyes, chemicals, and water consumption, reduces effluent treatment costs, and meets environmental protection requirements.

Combining overflow and jet dyeing circulation, the main pump delivers dye liquor through nozzles onto the fabric surface while the overflow tube allows fabric to run gently under tension-free conditions. This effectively prevents fabric fuzzing and creasing, particularly suitable for sensitive and elastic fabrics.
3. Equipped with a PLC programmable controller and touch screen HMI, it allows preset and automatic control of process parameters such as heating rate, holding time, and dosing speed. Supports recipe storage and curve recording, ensuring dyeing reproducibility and reducing manual operation errors.
4. Built-in high-efficiency heat exchanger with large heat transfer area enables rapid heating and cooling with high thermal efficiency. Effectively shortens dyeing cycles, improves productivity, and reduces steam and cooling water consumption.
