Fillet Treatment

Standard: Applicable for normal Operation.

K.H. treatment: Induction Hardening on the point to maintain sharp edge stand for long time.

K.P. treatment: Polished point for extra smoothness.

L.P.H. treatment: Wire is treated with both KP and KH.

NR Finish: Sharp point with smooth side surface effective for raising suede or tricot.

NS Finish: Can be reduce initial falling at raising of wool and acylic fabrics and knitted goods. To improve Fluff density, the wire point is rounded off and the flaws on the side due to grinding are polished up into smooth surface.

Stainless Needle: Available depending on Shape of fillet and application for severe humid condition.
