Raising Fillet

Raising Fillet is the core working element of textile raising machines (napping machines), consisting of a flexible belt-like material densely embedded with steel needles or wire teeth, wrapped around the surface of raising machine rollers. Through high-speed contact and relative motion with the fabric surface, the needles on the fillet raise the fiber ends from the fabric surface, creating a uniform and dense nap. This imparts a soft, full hand feel and excellent thermal insulation properties to the fabric. Widely used in raising processing for knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, woolens, polar fleece, and other materials.

1. Made of high-quality alloy steel wire through special heat treatment processes, featuring high needle tip hardness, strong wear resistance, and excellent elasticity. The smooth wire surface resists rusting, ensuring stable raising effects during long-term use and extending service life.

4. Made of high-strength multi-layer composite base fabric (cotton, synthetic, or blended) with excellent flexibility and dimensional stability. The base fabric undergoes anti-mildew and moisture-proof treatment, effectively resisting moisture and chemical erosion in the raising machine working environment.

5. Needle tips are precision-ground with consistent shape and no burrs. Different needle tip shapes available according to requirements:
