A granulator (also known as a gyratory pellet mill or gyratory pellet mill) is a device that mechanically extrudes moist powder or dry lumps into pellets. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, feed, solid waste treatment, and many other industries.

Granulation: This process forces mixed wet powdery materials (such as traditional Chinese medicine powder, Western medicine powder, food ingredients, etc.) through a sieve to form uniform granules for subsequent tableting, packaging, or drying.

Sizing/Grinding: This process can grind dry materials that have clumped during storage into granules of the desired size, achieving a dual function of "grinding + granulation."

Solid Waste Resource Utilization: In the environmental protection field, this can be used to process solid waste such as plastics and chemical waste into standardized granules for easy recycling.
