Equipment Overview
This machine is a vertical sanding/sueding machine specially designed for knitted, woven, and non-woven fabrics. By using high-quality sandpaper wrapped rollers to friction the fabric surface at high speed, it produces uniform and dense pile, giving the fabric a soft and full hand feel, significantly enhancing the added value and comfort of the fabric. The vertical structure ensures smoother fabric running, making it particularly suitable for high-demand finishing production lines.
Working Principle
The fabric enters the machine under specific tension and comes into contact with the high-speed rotating sandpaper rollers. The vertically arranged rollers provide a more scientific contact angle between the fabric surface and the sandpaper. Through progressive abrasion, surface floating fibers are removed while the base pile is raised, ultimately achieving a delicate peach-skin-like texture.
