The Centrifugal Dehydrator machine (also known as Hydro-Extractor) uses high-speed rotation to generate centrifugal force, rapidly separating water from materials such as textiles, yarn, agricultural products, or plastic flakes. This equipment is a key pre-treatment machine in textile dyeing, laundry, chemical, and food processing industries to enhance drying efficiency and reduce energy consumption. With a robust structure and high dewatering rate, it significantly shortens subsequent drying time.

1. Equipped with a high-performance motor and a unique V-belt drive design for smooth start-up and high-speed rotation. It removes a large amount of water in a short time, resulting in a low moisture content after dehydration and greatly saving energy in the subsequent drying process.
2. The machine body is made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel (SUS304) with strong welding and excellent corrosion resistance. The drum (basket) is precision-machined and features anti-slip ribs to protect materials from damage while ensuring dynamic balance during high-speed operation.
3. Equipped with electro-mechanical dual interlocking safety devices. The machine will only start when the lid is completely locked; if the lid is opened during operation, the power is automatically cut off and the brake is applied, ensuring absolute operator safety. It also includes a vibration protection switch.
4. Utilizes advanced energy consumption braking or manual braking system (depending on the model) for fast and smooth stopping without violent impact, effectively extending the lifespan of the motor and brake linings.
5. Standard with timer control, allowing the dehydration time to be set according to material requirements. An optional frequency control system is available for soft start and stepless speed adjustment to meet the dehydration process needs of different materials.
