The Fabric Inspection & Rolling Machine (also known as Cloth Inspection Machine or Rewinder) is essential equipment in the textile quality control process. It is primarily used for the visual inspection, length measurement, mending, and rewinding of grey fabrics and finished goods. Integrating constant tension control and high-precision length measurement, it helps users detect defects (such as oil stains, broken ends, weft bars, etc.) and record them accurately, ensuring the quality of outgoing fabrics while winding loose fabric into tight, neat standard rolls for easy storage and transportation.

1. Adopts imported or high-precision encoders synchronized with the surface winding roller for highly accurate length measurement, with an error rate controlled within 0.3%. Equipped with a large LCD or touch screen display, it provides real-time data on length, speed, and other parameters.
2. Equipped with a high-performance inverter for stepless speed adjustment (typically adjustable from 0 to 80 m/min). The automatic tension control device ensures the fabric remains flat and under constant tension during inspection and winding, preventing edge curling or wrinkling.
3. The ergonomic inclined or curved inspection table, combined with professionally adjustable lighting (overhead or transmitted light), allows operators to easily spot various defects on the fabric surface. An optional blowing/suction device is available to clean dust and lint from the fabric.
4. Equipped with photoelectric hydraulic or mechanical edge-guiding devices that automatically track the fabric edge, ensuring neatly cut-like edges on the roll. The high-torque winding mechanism ensures even heavy fabrics can be rolled into tight, aesthetically pleasing packages.
5. Supports bi-directional fabric inspection, making it convenient for re-checking or mending previously detected defects. The pattern matching function ensures pattern alignment after winding, meeting the process requirements of high-end fabrics like prints.
