Working Principle
This equipment operates based on aerodynamic principles, using high-temperature high-pressure airflow as power. Rope-form fabric is drawn into the dual-channel Venturi tubes by high-speed airflow, where it is rubbed and beaten by the powerful airflow inside the tubes. The moment the fabric is ejected from the tube outlet, pressure is suddenly released, causing the fabric fibers to expand instantly. The fabric then impacts against specially designed grid plates, creating moderate striking. Finally, it gently slides down via Teflon chutes to the front of the machine. After multiple cycles of treatment, the fabric achieves a lasting soft and fluffy effect.
