A wire brushing machine is a mechanical device used to brush the surface of fabrics (such as nylon, cotton, linen, acrylic, polyester, and other textiles and non-woven fabrics) to remove excess lint and burrs.
The brush roller is equipped with variable frequency stepless speed regulation.
This equipment is used to remove lint from the surface of fabrics and is equipped with a dust collection system.
Its basic working principle is that a motor drives the brush roller to rotate, making contact and friction with the fabric surface, while a negative pressure dust collection system collects the brushed lint. In specific operation, the motor and air pump are started. The motor drives the brush roller to rotate, and the air pump creates negative pressure at the brush nozzle to attract the fabric. The bristles continuously contact the fabric surface to complete the brushing operation, and the brushed lint is collected on a filter screen under the negative pressure. Typical technical parameters of a wire brushing machine include: power approximately 1.5~15 kW, machine speed 5-60 m/min, nominal width 1600~3200 mm.
Its operation allows for back-and-forth movement for dust collection.
It should be noted that operating a high-speed brushing machine carries safety risks, and operating procedures must be strictly followed to prevent mechanical injury accidents.
