The Fabric Relaxing & Spreading Machine (Rope Opener without Slitting) is specialized equipment in the finishing process for knitted and tubular fabrics. It is mainly used for detwisting, spreading, and flattening rope-form fabrics after dyeing or washing, without slitting the fabric tube. The machine utilizes a high-speed rotating detwister and spreading mechanism to effectively eliminate torsional stress and creases, allowing the fabric to fall into a buggy or proceed to the next process in a flat, tension-free state. This prepares the fabric for subsequent setting or drying and is particularly suitable for tubular knitted fabrics, rib fabrics, and other materials that do not require slitting.

1. Equipped with an intelligent photoelectric detwisting system that automatically detects the twist direction of the rope-form fabric and drives the detwister to rotate in the opposite direction, rapidly eliminating torsional stress. The high-efficiency detwisting requires no manual assistance, significantly reducing labor intensity and ensuring the fabric enters the next stage in a naturally relaxed state.
2. Features synchronous conveyor belts or rollers with inverter speed control, ensuring smooth fabric transport under tension-free conditions. Specially designed spreading devices gently open the fabric to both sides, preventing stretching deformation and preserving the fabric's original elasticity and hand feel.
3. This machine does not include slitting knives, specifically designed for tubular fabrics that do not require slitting or flat fabrics with sewn edges. The fabric maintains complete edges throughout the process, suitable for subsequent tubular setting or processes requiring intact fabric edges.
4. The outlet features a swing-arm doffing device that neatly folds the flattened fabric into buggies. The folding width and swing frequency are adjustable for neat stacking, facilitating subsequent process handling and improving production efficiency.
